Humus Roasted Chicken

I like to use the leftover food to makeover into another yummy dish. I used the leftover humus to make a sauce for the Roasted Chicken. Why, because it has the creamy thick texture to make the sauce tasty on the chicken. Ingredients to rub on the chicken for roasting: humus, garlic, thyme, cumin, paprika, olive oil and salt. Then the sauce, brown the garlic. Then add in the thyme, paprika and cumin to fragrant the oil. Add humus and let it cook until the humus gets mixed well. Lastly add some wine and reduced it. Add salt to taste.
